FRIDAY NIGHT VIDEOS: ELVIS DOES ZEPPELIN!

OK, OK…so it’s not really Elvis. It’s “Tortelvis” from the band Dread Zeppelin. But I still think you’re gonna love it.

[Forgive me, Trac…for I have sinned.]

As an aside, I am well-aware that I’ve been a lazy, neglectful bastard on the writing front lately. I’ve been suffering a nasty spell of writer’s fatigue, but am in the process of recharging the batteries.

Really, I am. I’ll post some new stuff shortly.

But in the meantime, you’re in good hands with Tortelvis.

  1. I came, I listened, then went back to Jackson Browne’s ‘The Road’.

It’s okay, I’m a philistine, I know it … your ‘Elvis’ would be grand on a fun night out when one needs to dance hard but me and Jackson well … that’s how it is

  2. Wow, that is almost as funny as Britney Spears’ primetime interview last night on “Dateline” (which, in my defense, I only watched for 5 minutes). Be glad, be very glad, that you live in Spain and aren’t subjected to tearful, half-dressed pregnant (again) pop stars who think the world is out to get them.

Anyway… random rant over… don’t feel bad about being a lazy bastard, it happens to the best of us. (My blog is all but dead!) I e-mailed you an article from “these parts” to possibly get your creative juices flowing, or at least make you glad, once again, to live in Spain.

  3. Very…um…interesting. Well, I guess Tortelvis will just have to tide us over until you post some more of your brilliant stuff. 😉

Gotta go – Holland just scored a goal and I need to go see if there will be any taking off of football jerseys.

  4. ugh…not the best video to watch coming off a night of drinking with the boys. Maybe it would have been better 8 hours ago when rum was still in the system. I do understand the whole writer’s block thing, though. I hardly put 4 words down this month. Its too hard in summer to sit and write when theres so much to do outside. But when you get back in the swing of things, I’ll be here with bated breath!
