DADDY’S LITTLE GIRL.

a.k.a., “The Fairy Princess with Fangs.”

And, no…I am not responsible for this “ensemble.”

It’s true that I dressed her in the fairy princess outfit. But I turned my back for a moment, and then found her like this.

I’m so proud! I’ve no doubt that she will author a fantastic blog of her own when she grows up.

  1. Yes, Don De Traglia (DDT henceforth), one minute it’s all cutie pie, and the next you have to discover that they lost their school books 3 months ago by reading their blog!

Honestly, what happened to the good old days of just communicating with the kids by msn?

And then there are the mysterious comments from boys who’s life histories and CV’s you have not yet vetted.

Anyway, DDT. Excellent, though your blog is, you know hers is going to be loads better!

  2. T-Scribby: Ah! Another lurker comes in from the cold. I was wondering when you would finally chime in. Anyway…the goal of a good teacher is that his students should be better than he. My daughter’s blogging is still several years away. But I’ve already proven myself to be a good teacher of Spanish–if you know what I mean. BTW…you’ve been linked (see sidebar). -DDT-

Christina/EuroTrac/TBF: Danke/Cheers/Kiitos! Beautiful, cute and gorgeous…I completely agree, in the most biased way possible.

Crest! I haven’t tasted Crest since leaving the US.

  3. Oh, Sal – she is just beautiful! I used to have one of those too – right up to the moment she turned 13. Now I have one of the Salem Witches living right here in my home. I agree with ironporer – enjoy it while it lasts……
PS – Reading your children’s blogs can be detrimental to your (and their) health…. 😉

  4. Blogging … hell no, you don’t want a girl-child who is cleverer and more erudite than yourself … just believe me on this one. I have experience.

Lean more towards guiding her gently into hashing, skiing, windsurfing, climbing …

She’s lovely though … good luck in attempting to deny her anything in life 🙂
